This is a great property that is well located near St. Tropez town. Great pool, outdoor patio, and living room. Wish the house was cleaner, the linens were better, and pillows were more substantial than old sacks. We also had to buy basic items for the house like trash bags and toilet paper because not enough was stocked.

The walk to the Place drs Lices was more like 20 minutes but we enjoyed the downhill walk in the morning. Overall enjoyed very much.

We enjoyed ourselves a lot at the property. The centerpiece was the lovely pool which was captivating. Unlike other properties in St Tropez of this magnitude there was no on site caretaker. One far a door handle came off and the response was “the owner cannot find someone to fix such a small thing.” Upon arrival the pool was littered with so many twigs but we had to clean it ourselves because the property manager said it had been windy and the pool boy wasn’t scheduled to come for several more days. (At properties we had stayed at before it would have been handled by on site caretakers.) Still, overall, we had a wonderful time and would rate it highly.

Our family stayed in September 2022. The villa was beautiful and in a good location. It’s a bit dated (specifically the bathrooms) and there could be more towels provided and some things in the kitchen like a coffee grinder. The property manager was helpful but based on other villas at a similar price point I’ve rented in resort areas a higher level of service could be provided. Unfortunately our stay was overshadowed by a burglary to the villa the fourth night of our stay. During that time about $75,000 of fine jewelry and other luxury items were stolen as we were sleeping. We later learned this is quite common in St Tropez so something to be aware of if you are planning travel. We felt incredibly unsafe after this happened given the lack of security at the villa. Needless to say it ruined the second half of our trip.

Solid Property for a Large Group

One of the few holes in St. Tropez that we were able to find with 6 bedrooms. House is centrally located above St. Tropez center of town and off one of the main roads to Ramatuelle. Pool is beautiful but not heated so we didn’t get the chance to use it. Myriam was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful.
