About this house rental
Re-energize and de-stress from your everyday routine. Our home offers just that! We are located on a half acre in a secluded location with no thru traffic, west of the Village of Oak Creek. Oak Creek offers many restaurants, golfing, art galleries, and walking trails. If your into a morning walk, jog or bicycling, this is one of the best locations in Sedona, away from the heavy traffic while enjoying nature. Being away from the center of town makes our property a great location for stargazing or just enjoy a night gathering around the fire pit.

Our home offers many features and amenities to our guests including small to medium RV parking with electrical plug in, two car garage, dog kennel for your furry friend, wireless internet, Alexa Echo to play your favorite music, full size washer and dryer, whole house water softener, and solar energy.
Main floor has two spacious bedrooms with queen beds and bathrooms. Master bedroom has its own shower, jetted tub, his and her sinks, and heated floors. The second bedroom has a shower separate from the bedroom.
The second floor offers an open loft type bedroom with a queen bed and a private shower.
The kitchen offers full amenities including convection oven, microwave, pots and pans, utensils, drinks and wine glasses, coffee maker, and popcorn maker.
The living area includes a leather sectional, two recliners, a pellet fireplace for a clean burn, a 65" tv with a Bose sound bar and full access to all premium DIRECTV channels. For quiet nights and family time, enjoy the game table or board games located in the television cabinet.
The backyard offers two separate sitting areas to enjoy all that nature has to offer while enjoying your morning coffee and /or meals with a Weber 6 burner gas grill.
We have had nothing but wonderful guests and would be delighted to have them return, just like our future guests. We strive to make your getaway or vacation as memorable as possible. One of our many valued guest suggested adding binoculars. You ask and we listen. We have now added binoculars for bird watching or just to take on the many hiking trails Sedona offers.

This was our second annual visit (over July 4th), and it was as awesome as last year. Clean, super comfortable, everything you need is provided, fabulous backyard. You will absolutely LOVE the backyard, and so will your dogs! Very nice homes in this area and quiet streets to take walks. There is a hiking trail less than a mile away. And the views of the red rocks from some of the neighboring streets are just breathtaking. And Jesus, our host, was great and extremely responsive!

The house was clean and beautiful. Perfect for our family. It was close to everything we wanted to do. FYI if you want to go swimming, Grasshopper point is just 15 for a day pass. It was nice and just under 30min away. If you like ramen. You should try Yasai Tokyo Ramen. It is only 5 min from the house. That place is delicious. Loved the towels, they were so soft. I was thankful there was a fan as I left mine at home. If we ever come back, we will definitely stay here again.
