Fabulous, hard-to-find Ann Arbor custom ranch home is on 3.26 acres in a secluded and peaceful setting! Just minutes to downtown Saline, Ann Arbor or the expressway. Living room features custom hickory flooring, built-in cabinets, and a grand stone two-way fireplace! Beautifully updated kitchen with oak cabinets, granite counter tops and tile back splash. Kitchen opens to a large dining through a brick arched doorway and full brick fireplace. Beautiful hickory wood flooring throughout. Relax on your spacious front porch while overlooking mature pines or on your attractive deck and sunporch overlooking an entertainment sized yard. Master has a door- wall to large deck. Fully finished, walk-out basement that is perfect for relaxing or a great place to entertain; This home features 2 full kitchens, 3 full bathrooms. Two bathrooms are on the main level, both have showers and one has a tub. The 4th bedroom is downstairs with its own kitchen and bathroom. This home well-maintained home has 3 bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds. It comes with a futon bed in the basement for additional sleeping. Our family of 8 with 2 grand children had a fabulous stay at this home! Mark was so kind, welcoming and responsive to our needs. We felt right at home and enjoyed the privacy of this beautiful setting. It is conveniently located to both Saline and Ann Arbor and an easy drive to the Detroit Metro Airport. We’ll be back!
