About this house rental

House with 7 main rooms with a front garden and a garden terrace with swimming pool behind the house. It is located in a village where all amenities are located (small pharmacy shops supermarket medical center). The bedrooms are ètage. There are shutters on all openings .This house is my primary residence. So you'll find all appliances, cooking utensils, and dishes of all kinds. There are 2 televisions, wifi. The pool 4x10 with steps and a diving area. It is protected by an alarm You will find at the back of the house a large verenda which opens on the terrace of the swimming pool. You can enjoy table chairs sun loungers umbrella barbecu. . .(A person is responsible for changing the robot in the pool) I can make available a cot, a baby chair, a sun lounger. .the beds: 160. 140. 120. 90. Very good mattresses. Duvets and pillows. On arrival the beds are made of linen provided free of charge. You will find a house sheet and spare pillowcases as well as a shower sheet per person. Towels and protections for the tables.

The house is very comfortable and clean with a new kitchen and very good oven. The pool was lovely and the perfect place to relax and cool off, and a good size too. The road at the front was a bit noisy for us since we live somewhere very quiet. It was very hot while we were there (always over 30 degrees, often around 38 and a couple of days were 40 degrees) so it would have been good to have fans for the bedrooms and also some sort of net at the window to prevent mosquitoes getting in, since they were pretty viscous! The beds were nice and comfy. It’s a short walk to the intermaché which was useful and about a half hours drive to Les Eyzies, Lascaux IV, Bergerac and various chateaux etc.
