Ideal for 4 people (possibility 6 pers), it includes a living room, lounge, flat screen, DVD, sofa bed (160 x 200), dining room, a kitchen well redesigned fully equipped, very modern and spacious, with its glass roof giving on the living room, two bedrooms with very comfortable dimensions of 12 m² each, with parquet floors and wood paneling, and beds of 180 x 200 to the new bedding very comfortable (with flat screen TV in one of the two bedrooms) and a bathroom completely redone, with large walk-in shower, toilet, vanity unit, washing machine / dryer, towel dryer,

Cannot fault this property. Stayed for 5 nights with our 3.5 year old son. 2 excellent sized bedrooms, lovely big bathroom and nice living area with very well equipped kitchen. We self catered a lot during our stay and the kitchen and cooking facilities were excellent. The pool area is lovely and well maintained, always plenty of sun loungers and space around the pool. Great location, a few minutes walk to the centre of La Flotte which is just beautiful. We would love to stay again.

Lovely bright and clean apartment. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Kids loved the pool although us adults found it a bit chilly! Great location and the apartment was very comfortable with a lovely kitchen and bathroom and comfy beds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We spent a brilliant week on Île de Ré in this beautiful, modern apartment. The property is spacious and extremely well equipped. The shared pool is lovely and warm and despite visiting at the height of the summer, never felt too busy. The village of La Flotte is just a 5 minute walk from the property which is also ideally located for exploring the rest of the island. Highly recommended.
