About this villa rental
Anticipation is part of the Hilton Head Island vacation experience. People come from all parts of the globe to spend a week or two here on this tropical paradise. Many have come to expect more upscale accommodations and elegance on this island. After all, you’re in Hilton Head. Prepare to be amazed at this “over the top”, incredible villa. A true “one of a kind”, this luxurious property is the perfect place to stretch out, relax and feel like you’ve gone to an all-inclusive incredible resort. Step inside and be amazed at the beauty and luxurious space around you. You will leave feeling rejuvenated, pampered and totally relaxed.
Bring your bikes or rent some to explore the island and exercise while you’re here. There is room to park your bikes just outside the front door. A little covered courtyard will provide shelter for them.
Step inside the villa. You’ve never seen a kitchen like this! With beautiful tile floors and granite counter tops in the kitchen, exceptional stainless-steel appliances, such as a convection oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, sub-zero refrigerator, and a countertop ice maker !Also, stored in a kitchen closet, is a European stacked washer and dryer. Well stocked cabinets for elegant dining; serving pieces, dishware, glassware, and silverware. The family’s chef will enjoy this fantastic kitchen! There’s even a water faucet at the stove for filling pans with water for spaghetti night! With gently curving arched cabinetry in distressed black, it certainly strikes you as you enter this two-story villa. The dining area is comfortable and seats six with plenty of space to spare at the 96” table. There are three bar stools for keeping the chef company while (s)he’s cooking a family favorite meal.
Continued in the living room with built-in cabinets, bar, and entertainment center. The great room includes a new (2019) sofa and comfortable club chairs, new drapes and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. Go through to the screened in porch and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. With Southern charm, you’ll enjoy the privacy of this little oasis. The back deck has a BBQ grill and table for four for those relaxing meals in the fresh air, surrounded by nature.
Step around the corner and you’ll find the powder room, primary bedroom with king bed and an elegant black and white en-suite bath outfitted with a deep tub and stand-alone shower and his and her vanities. A four- poster king bed, plenty of closet space, and a dresser and two-night tables make this bedroom enough for anyone. There is also a flat screened TV and access to the back deck.
Going upstairs to the second floor, which is fully carpeted, you’ll be amazed at the “blue room”, designed for maximum comfort, you’ll find a very relaxing easy chair to read or simply rest from your fun-filled days on the beach, shopping or dining out. The Queen bed will provide a great nights’ sleep, rejuvenating your soul for another day to come. Your own private bath features a tub/shower combination and two separate vanities. Step out onto your private balcony for some sunshine and take in the sounds of nature.
The third bedroom, also on the second level is the “twin room”. Here you’ll find two twin beds and two desks in case you want to surf the internet or get some work done. A fabulous private bath includes a fantastic shower, two separate sinks, and commode. Enjoy the colorful tiles and modern feel of this beautiful bathroom.
A short walk or even shorter bike ride will take you to the beach for a day in the sun relaxing with a good book. You can walk to the tennis center or the beach in less than 10 minutes, the Sonesta Resort and hotel or the Shipyard Beach Club.
The Tennismaster villa complex has an onsite pool. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

We had a good time at tennis master. This shipyard complex is HUGE and this property is about an 8-10 minute walk to the beach, or you can park at the beach with their pass (however parking can be scarce to find). We ended up renting bikes and that was a great idea for an easy beach ride- highly recommend. This property came with a rental credit which was a great bonus!
The property is lovely, tons of upgrades throughout and in great shape. It fit our group well and was easy to navigate. Overall, it was a great stay!
Here are some things to consider:
The showers are all upgraded with extra nozzles and heads, but the water tank doesn’t seem to have enough to use all of them at the same time and stay hot, so keep that in mind if you have a group. (We also we’re using the huge master bathtub, so that could have been a part of it).
I think this property should come stocked with more cleaning and household supplies (like trash bags and dishwasher detergent, we only had like 1 extra of each which didn’t seem like enough for a group for a week).
The previous renters left a bunch of food in the disposal which stank and the grill in terrible shape (who does this to a Weber grill?!). Some of the switches for lights and disposal and things are hidden pretty well with the aesthetic so it can be hard to see them.
Overall, this is a beautiful property and a great spot and we loved it and would recommend!

My family loved our stay at this Tennismaster villa. It is a great location with easy access to the beach. The villa was very comfortable and had a number of upgrades that made it a interesting place to stay. I would highly recommend this villa!

The floor plan was very comfortable for three adults with plenty of room and policy and we enjoyed a week of perfect weather. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. However, we were somewhat underwhelmed by a few details - code to the lock didn't work when we arrived, the dishes and pans had been put away wet from the dishwasher, dining table surface was a bit sticky, and exposed shelves were a bit dusty - we had to do some extra housekeeping before we could fully enjoy the close proximity to the beach and island amenities. On our first night there was a large fat raccoon on the upper balcony that made its way up to the roof - but again once we settled in we had a wonderful time.

This was a perfect place for our family of 5! Each bedroom has its own beautiful bathroom. Plenty of room to spread out and I loved the screened in porch for coffee and reading. We had an issue with the lock and the management people came over to fix immediately! Great service!!!
