About this cottage rental
Location, Location, Location! This charming family lakehouse (on the river) is ideally located where Indian River meets Burt Lake, with DeVoe Beach directly next door (great for fishing, swimming, and building sand castles). Just 30 minutes from Petoskey and Nubs Nob Ski Resort. 35 minutes to Mackinac bridge. 1 mile from Indian River Golf Course. The home features an eat-in kitchen with all new appliances, 1.5 bathrooms, and three bedrooms with a queen size bed, a full size bed, and a set of twin bunk beds. The living room features new sectional seating and and 65” smart tv w/ cable and WiFi. The family room features a sitting area. The cottage sleeps a total of 6 persons. Brand new steel sea wall (2020) with private dock to accommodate up to a 30ft boat. *Please Note: Linens and towels are not provided.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here with the close proximity to town, the state park and local beach. We swam at the beach, boated the river and biked around town. We hope to come back.
