house that can accommodate 8 people comprising on the ground floor: 1 living / dining room / kitchen, bathroom, WC and a large 40 m² terrace with garden furniture
upstairs: 2 bedrooms: West side bedroom with 1 double bed and view of the salt marshes. 1 East side bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds.

Private garden of 250 m² with indoor parking space.
If the house is located near the road to Giens, it also has a privileged location near an area protected by the Conservatoire du Littoral, near the Iles d'Or, the Presqu'ïle de Giens also protected where beautiful walks on foot are possible.
La Capte is a very touristy hamlet with many summer events (concerts, fireworks, craft nights)
The beach at the end of the crossing at 100 m is monitored from July to the end of August.
Possibility of launching or small boat mooring at Port de la Capte at 150m.
Space for kite surfers and windsurfers 5 minutes from Almanarre beach
A large market takes place on Friday morning under the pine forest at 50 m
