About this house rental

Detached Provençal house, 160 m2 on 2 floors, located in the heights of Cavalaire with sea views and hills, very quiet. Exposure East, South and West, very sunny the whole day, very beautiful sea view and hills to 180 ° facing the Iles du Levant, Port-Cros and the House Foncin.
Pool (3x8 m) heated to 28 ° from April 15th to October 15th
It is a house designed for the well being, the conviviality and the happiness of being in family.

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful house last year so it was great to return again. The pink barhroom has been wonderfully renovated to great joy to our daughter. The heated pool was excellent since it was quite cold in the air when we arrived but thanks to that our daughter could enjoy it fully. Hopefully we can return next year!

We loved relaxing by the pool, taking walks into Cavalaire sur Mer and the beautiful view across the seas.

The aspect of the Villa was spectacular. The bedrooms were only OK with the bathrooms substandard. The downstairs suite didn’t have a toilet within the suite and meant using the toilet immediately adjacent to the main lounge not very private or convenient. The upstairs toilet had a lingering body odour smell. The kitchen was alright in size but the fridge was poorly located and the hob was temperamental. The pool was small for the size of property and the decor in the Villa was a bit tired

We had a wonderful time at this lovely property which had everything we needed. At first the internet connection was slow but the host installed fiber and it worked perfect. Great location, great outdoor area and stunning view of the mountains and the ocean.

We have had the best stay in Mimi’s House. The location, surroundings and amenities in the house are just perfect and all we needed for a lovely holiday. We were traveling with our family and two months old baby and we had all our needs met. France is the perfect host, even from afar, with continuous contact and always making sure we had all we needed and making us feel so welcome. I can highly recommend Mimi’s House and will definitely hope to be back some day 🙌🏼

Villa was very beautiful. Everything was as described in documents. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bathrooms were modern. Washing machine and tumble-dryer were new and easy to use. Absolutely best thing in this villa was spacious pool area with wide variation of comfortable and nice places to enjoy lunch, dinner or just sunbathing. Views are as great as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood is peaceful. You have enough privacy also in this villa. The pool suits for both adults and kids (our kids are 9 and 6 years old). The owner and service persons in Cavailer-sur-mer were really friendly and helpful in every aspect. In short, the villa was perfect place to enjoy holiday time and we can warmly recommend this for future customers, too.
