I rent my vacation home of 280 m2, 7 rooms, which can accommodate up to 12 people. It is a new 2-storey detached house (built in 2015), with functional and comfortable furnishings, ideal for large numbers of people.

Located in Cavalaire-sur-mer, in a quiet residential area, it is very close to the center of the city (1.5 km) and the sea (1.5 km). The house has two terraces (one per floor) and a 9m x 4m swimming pool, offering a beautiful view of the sea! The house has been classified "3 stars" by the Cavalaire Tourist Office.

Composition of the house, upstairs:

- a living / dining room, with a large picture window opening onto a large terrace (flat screen TV, electric shutters)
- 1 kitchen, fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hobs, microwave, freezer, electric coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine).
