About this house rental

- Recent house of 110 m2. Located 200 m from the beach and 500 m from the city center. In a very quiet place, at the top of a small dune.
- Ideal for your vacations but also perfect for teleworking (high-speed Internet (fiber), desks in all rooms)
- 2 terraces: one stone (salt marsh side) and one wood (sea side)
- 1 large living room with exposed beam ceiling, with American-style kitchen (45 m²)
- Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, soup stand, egg beater, food processor
- Wi-Fi access throughout the house (high-speed fiber), internet TV
- 3 bedrooms with a large closet and an office in each:
- bedroom 1: 1 160 cm bed
- bedroom 2: 2 90 cm beds, possibility of making a 180 cm bed
- bedroom 3: 2 to 4 beds = 2 x 2 bunk beds of 90 cm
- 2 bathrooms:
- 1 bathroom with 2 sinks + shower
- 1 bathroom with 2 sinks + shower + WC
- separate WC
- Separate garage with possibility of storing equipment
- Garden table and chairs, deck chairs, garden furniture, barbecue.
- Options on request (paid), via the concierge:
- Baby equipment (bed, high chair, bath, etc.)
- Bike rental
- Additional charges are applied for:
1) the provision of bed linen and bathroom linen (cost adjustment depending on the number of occupants and the length of stay).
2) cleaning upon departure. However, the house must be returned to a normal state of cleanliness. An uncashed deposit of €130 will be requested on the day of your arrival by the concierge to protect against any accident on the subject. In the case of long stays, you can, if you wish, optionally use the cleaning services of the concierge service.

We had a perfect holiday at this amazing home, located just a few minutes from the sea. The house was ideal for our two families with young kiss, offering plenty of space and comfort. It's clear the owners have poured a lot of care into the home's design and upkeep since it was built five years ago. We especially loved the large, open kitchen—it was not only beautiful but also incredibly functional and well-equipped with everything we needed. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful, relaxing getaway.

Really lovely house- very well equipped, comfortable furniture inside and out, lovely kitchen and bathrooms. Can hear the waves when drifting off to sleep. Great location. Perfect!

La situation, l’équipement de la maison, la météo, l’accueil… tous les éléments étaient rassemblés pour une semaine de vacances parfaite. Mention pour les deux terrasses et les baies vitrées qui permettent de profiter des extérieurs à tous les moments de la journée.
