Everything! It is super well equipped with everything you could possibly want. Bed was large and very comfy. Shower large with good pressure and lots of space. Building is quiet and spotlessly clean. The garage access is a little tricky but nothing any reasonable driver couldn't handle unless you're driving a large vehicle - I got my VW Caddy up and down every day for 3 weeks with no issue.
The garage door occasionally was tricky. When the wind blows with force there can be an unpleasant smell but if you run water down all the waste pipes for 5 minutes it will go away.
