About this apartment rental
Great T1 apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha, with partial sea view, fully furnished, equipped and newly decorated, just 80 metres from the beach.
Property composed of: bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed (for 2 children), air conditioning throughout the apartment (cold and hot), bathroom with shower, cable TV (MEO FIBRE) and WI-FI, balcony with table, chairs, to enjoy your holidays.
At a short distance from the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc. (beach area).
It is FORBIDDEN the entry of any type of external service providers in the local accommodation.
NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:
According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 or over, as well as those who have proof of travel to the municipality for health reasons or disability equal to or greater than 60%.
- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use. Meter readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Included values of electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation according to the accommodation type:
T1: Electricity - 130 kWhs and Water - 6 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.

Grat-equipped apartment, it is rare to find a place where everything is so beautifully fitted, comfortable and clean. Located close to the sea and the central tourist part, it is a perfect place for a short holiday and a longer stay. I definitely recommend the company and particularly this apartment.

O acolhimento da agência é muito bom. Pelo segundo ano consecutivo recorremos à Nuris e, de facto, não há que enganar. Everybody wins!
É uma equipa muito profissional, muito atenta e disponível para que uns dias de férias sejam de facto... no worries!
O apartamento é amplo, está decorado com extremo bom gosto e dispõe de tudo o que nos faz sentir em casa. Não falta nada!

Modern eingerichtetes Appartement mit viel Platz. Hochwertige technische Geräte. Sehr gute Lage, fußläufig zu Geschäften, Restaurants und dem Strand.
Kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm. Künstliche Pflanzen könnten weggelassen werden.
