Clean
Traffic noise all night. A fifteen dollar parking charge that was not mentioned when I made the reservation. No breakfast included

I loved that it was quiet, clean and the staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean and crisp.
The commode wobbled when sitting on it and the hot water could have been hotter. And they could also use something in the tub to reduce slipping, and they could use chargers on both sides of the bed. But these are all minor issues

The room price was appropriate for my needs. I had an early morning flight and I needed a comfortable place to lay my head at an affordable price.
The lobby, particularly behind the front desk was cluttered with boxes of paper, folders, and the like. It's not a professional look. Also, my assigned room was not usable. The dishwasher was mostly pulled away from the cabinet, bundles of laundry were in the room and the beds were stripped down. The front desk reassigned me to a new room but it's an indication of poor communication between staff.
