Excellent location, cleaness, particularly helpful receptionist Ms Francesca capable of finding solutions to any problem and offering good tips regarding moving around in the city . Most of the important touristic attractions of the city are within walking distance
The traveler has to climb up ca twelve steps before reaching the elevator which has a small booth. Yet the latter is an inevitable consequence of the fact that the mansion is a set of two fully renovated areas within a traditional very old downtown building

Very good location but since there is life 24 hours a day, they should improve the sound proofing. The lady at the reception was very nice as well.
They woke me up at 8am by working in the room just beside me (I am on vacation, I really deserve to sleep past 8am). Rooms were noisy, we could hear everything that happens in Piazza Navona.
It is also not a hotel, it is modified apartment, impossible to find on the street.
