Super Hotel Premier Obihiro Ekimae

Enjoyed the welcome drinks & snacks bar, breakfast and hot spring. Also, the blackout blinds in the room made sleeping in super easy.

The fire alarm went off at 11pm which was frightening. However, the staff dealt with the evacuation, clearance and return to rooms calm and professionally.

Availability of onsen, futon beds, not having to use a room key, the drinks bar, the efficacy & availability of the laundry services and laundry press.

No on site parking . This caused us a lot of inconvenience and a one hour delay in our schedule. The car park coupon given us did not work; we parked at Tokachi; and I had to ask for help from the security guard from another hotel who then had to call the car park maintenance person to let me out. I couldn’t speak Japanese which didn’t help. There wasn’t this problem at the 4 other hotels I have been to.
