Lovely, little house with lovely facilities. Toilet was downstairs, which was a bit of a hassle at night. House was first property on a quiet cul de sac, but was next to a fairly busy road, at times, so was a bit noisy if sitting in the garden. Lots of road fumes apparent. House was well stocked and close to all amenities. We had a great time. Didn't sit in the garden much as weather was changeable.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem schönen Haus

Das Haus und seine Ausstattung sind zutreffend beschrieben. Die Kommunikation und der persönliche Kontakt mit den Vermietern waren unkompliziert und freundlich. Die beiden "Zentren" des Ortes (Pleneuf und Val-Andre) sowie beide Strände lassen sich fußläufig oder mit dem Rad gut erreichen. Gerne haben wir aber auch den kostenlosen "Distribus" genutzt. Dank des guten Wetters in unserer Urlaubszeit konnten wir den schönen Außenbereich des Hauses prima nutzen. Der Verkehr auf der angrenzenden Straße war nur selten störend. Von Dahouët (gehört auch noch zum Ort) bis Erquy ließen sich schon in unmittelbarer Nähe gute Entdeckungstouren unternehmen. Für unsere Ausflüge im Gebiet zwischen St. Brieuc, Saint-Malo und Lammballe fanden wir unsere Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt ideal.

Sehr schön modern eingerichtetes und dekoriertes Häuschen, tolle modernes Bad und voll bis ins Detail ausgestattete Küche. Schöner kleiner Garten mit Sonne bis in den Abend. Sehr netter Empfang und Betreuung durch die Vermieter. Gute Lage, sowohl nah zum Strand und zur Steilküste als zum Einkaufen. Wir würde gerne wiederkommen und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Une petite maison à recommander ! Bien située, à 10 mn de la plage, elle est très agréable et rien ne manque en terme d’équipement. Nous avons eu beau temps donc avons apprécié la vie dans le jardin, lui aussi bien équipé, bien que plus petit que l’idée que l’on s’en fait sur les photos, mai suffisant pour en profiter !

Sehr schönes Haus mit Garten für wirkliche Erholung in Meernähe

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes und aufgräumtes Haus mit allem notwendigen Komfort. Die Lage an der Straße stört aufgrund des geringen Verkehrs überhaupt nicht. Die Wohngegend ist ruhig und zum Meer sind es weniger als 10 Minuten. Zum Bäcker (hat auch am Sonntag auf) auf dem Marktplatz läuft man nur 15 Minuten. Die Objektbeschreibung ist sehr genau. Der kleine Vorgarten und die Inneneinrichtung sorgen für Entspannungsgarantie. Die freundlichen Gastgeber runden das Gesamtpaket ab. Alles im Haus hat funktioniert und war auf dem neuesten Stand. Das Haus, wie auch der Vermieter haben die 5 Sterne daher wirklich verdient. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und sind erholt nach Hause gefahren. Vielen Dank

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, in Küche und Bad ist alles vorhanden. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten im Ort oder am Strand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war über email oder Telefon jederzeit möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

cette location est très agréable. Idéale pour un couple avec un ou deux enfants. On trouve une cuisin, 2 salles de bain et deux chambres à l'étage. Elle est a 10 min à pieds de la station touristique de val andre qui est très sympathique avec de jolis commerces et une grande plage. et est bien centrale pour une exploration en voiture de la cote d'armor avec d'un coté st brieuc, tregastel, ploumanac'h... et de l'autre dinan, st malo,... les hôtes sont très sympas et disponibles. On a eu un problème de voiture et ils nous ont offert une nuit de plus dans la maison pour nous arranger. je recommande cette location sans problème
