In Pléneuf-Val-André, Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming 90 m² house for rent, less than a kilometre from the beach, with wifi, which can accommodate up to 5 travellers. It has a lovely 35 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 147 m² garden. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a single bed
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Two bathrooms with showers
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 147 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
