Wifi internet connection available (payable) Accommodation description: Air-conditioned non-smoking studio of 31 m2 on the 1st floor with exceptional view of the port, a living room with a double bed of 140, a convertible sofa bed for 1 person, television, An equipped kitchen open to the living room with dishwasher, microwave, hob, fridge, toaster, senseo coffee maker, kettle. A magnificent bathroom, bath with shower screen, wc, hair dryer, towel dryer. Services: cleaning is included only at the end of the stay, except the kitchen area and the dishes. Tourist tax not included, sheets and towels are not provided, a deposit of 300 € will be requested on arrival and will be returned on the day of departure if no deterioration has been noted. Weekly rates depending on the season from 280 € to 990 €. Possibility of long stay rates as well as modulate the length of stay.

We stayed in this studio early September 2017 .The owner of studio informed us that he would not be able to meet us upon arrival and that the key would be available from reception upon arrival .the reception is only open certain hours .but no problem .getting keys etc.
The studio is in a good position overlooking marina and very quite Is situated on the shaded side of building so could be cool in the evening on the balcony .We had a very nice holiday good excellent beach and a bus stop short walk away.All went well until we time to leave due to the owner only speaking french and our french not being enough to have a conversation we went to reception early. morning day before leaving to ask if they could call to inform him we would be leaving at 7am following morning.and if he could return our deposit.There was a different person on reception who to say the least was not very helpful as the studio we where in had nothing to do with her because the was a private studio an did not belong to her company.after much debate and my wife getting upset she agreed to phone owner we were then informed he would bring the deposit at 6pm .6pm came and went
no sign of owner at 6 45 we went to reception were the owner had left the money the reception closes a t 7pm as we were only one floor up it would only take 5mins to give it to us and inspect condition of studio.AT 8 10 PM asking if we had got our money as he had been very busy . Not a good way to run a buisness
