PS: THIS RENTAL IS AVAILABLE FOR FULL WEEKS with arrival on SATURDAY AND DEPARTURE ON SATURDAY MORNING.
For peaceful holidays with family or friends, come and discover this holiday apartment by the sea in Fréjus. Very festive throughout the summer season with its artisan markets every evening by the sea, and its splendid fireworks that light up the sky every Monday evening. The apartment has a 13 m2 terrace facing the sea, in a quiet and secure residence, solarium and large swimming pool in season. direct access to the sea with no street to cross.
On the 2nd floor with elevator, and private parking in the basement.
Fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher,) Washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner.

pull-out bed in the living room with two separate beds 80 * 190, TV with digital lock, radio.
Bathroom, separate toilet.
terrace with 1 table and 4 chairs, and 1 sofa

Possibility to do everything on foot (restaurants, shops, market ...).
A few steps away, sportsmen and lovers of the outdoors, you can fully enjoy the nature base, a real area of freedom of 120 hectares by the sea, you can also relax and enjoy a real moment of well-being in a thalassotherapy center .
Bus 20m from the residence to get there in 5 minutes to the center of St Raphael
Our animal friends are not allowed.
the prices are decreasing from the 3 rd week except July and August.
Sheets and towels are not provided.
the apartment must be left clean at the end of the stay, a cleaning fee of € 50 will be deducted from the deposit otherwise.
possibility of arriving on a day other than Saturday if no one before on request.

Very nice small cozy apartment, the location is very good. The beach is only a few meters away. In the evening you are in a few minutes at the harbor of Frejuis with many possibilities to eat and drink. There is also a pool in the complex. The complex is also very well maintained. The landlord is easy to reach and very friendly. All in all a very nice stay in the apartment. Highly recommended!
