Lots of charm and tranquility in our bastidon du coco. Located on the edge of the charming village of Lourmarin, in a magnificent setting, a 360 ° panorama of the Luberon, the vineyards and the Provencal countryside.
Former bastidon recently renovated, the coconut is furnished with great care, private, without being isolated, with its large swimming pool and its large plot (1.5 hectares). For the well-being of its guests, the bastidon has all the facilities and all the comforts, in order to live a harmonious vacation in a natural and relaxing environment.

Two couples enjoyed our two week stay at Villa CoCo just a short distance to the tres charmante village of Lourmarin. We were beyond happy that we had not only air conditioning but a gorgeous pool to help us thru Abour first week of 99 degree weather. The house had everything we needed: abundant kitchenware and wine glasses, charming outdoor spaces under grapevine trellises (and endless grapes to pick and eat)). The showers and appliances all worked fine and the privacy and seclusion at the end of a gravel drive gave us a great sense of privacy and enjoyment of the nearby vineyards and distant Luberon. The Friday Lourmarin market cannot be beat for number of vendors and charming location. We had many glasses of wine under restaurant umbrellas in Lourmarin and two superb Michelin meals in nearby Cucuron and Ansouis. Thank you Christophe and Joelle for a wonderful stay in Provence.

This was our second stay at Le bastidon de Coco and we enjoyed it just as much as our first stay. The house is perfect. The location is super private, the house has plenty of space and all the amenities you could possibly need. The location is amazing and the nearby towns have fab markets to get fresh local produce. We thoroughly recommend this place.

Fabulous property in an idyllic location

We had an amazing family vacation here with our 3 young children. Joelle and Christophe are lovely people and have decorated the house beautifully so it has all the amenities you need (and more). The location is so beautiful with amazing views and a fabulous pool which our kids loved. The location is very quiet and private. Lourmarine village is very close and is a lovely place to visit for lunch or a walk. I would definitely recommend this lovely home for families or adults. We loved it.

Le Bastidon du Coco is a charming character home in the countryside only 5 minutes drive from one of France's most beautiful villages. Recently renovated and very well -equipped with everything you need for a holiday, I can recommend Le Bastidon de Coco for a relaxing week in Provence. We especially appreciated having a BBQ, bikes, lots of lovely places to sit and read in the garden and the pool with plenty of sun-loungers and outdoor furniture so you could eat poolside if you wanted. Christophe & Joelle were incredibly helpful and welcoming.

Perfection

Perfection

We stayed for a week with our two children in June and loved every minute in this house. Joelle and Christophe were very helpful and showed us how everything worked when we arrived. The house is a converted farmhouse and very spacious, with a beautiful French kitchen. We ate on the terrasse almost every day.The garden is beautiful, with a pool and a boules court. There is so much to do in the surrounding area but it was just as good coming back to the house and relaxing.

Située dans la campagne, la maison est un havre de paix, où on entend juste les cigales au bord de la piscine. La maison qui a beaucoup de charme est très bien équipée et les propriétaires très accueillants. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine !

Des propriétaires disponibles et extrêmement sympathiques. Une maison très reposante où l'on retrouve tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour agréable. Ce n'était pas notre première location, ce ne sera probablement pas la dernière.

La propriété est magnifique: le Bastidon, restauré avec goût, est entouré d'un vaste domaine aménagé sur plusieurs niveaux, avec une piscine en haut de l'immense terrain. L'ensemble du site présente une grande variété d'arbres, d'arbustes et de massifs fleuris, qui révèle le talent du paysagiste. L'intérieur du Bastidon est à l'image de l'extérieur. Parfaitement agencé et décoré harmonieusement dans le moindre détail, il correspond en tous points à ce que l'on attend: cuisine équipée de tous les ustensiles nécessaires, équipement ménager de qualité, et literie excellente. L'ensemble offre un espace vaste et chaleureux. Les propriétaires, très sympathiques et arrangeants, s'investissent sans cesse pour le bien-être des locataires. Encore bravo, et merci, ce n'était pas notre dernier séjour!

Oui, paradisiaque. Le Bastidon du Coco est exactement ce dont nous rêvions : grand confort, quiétude, beauté, gentillesse des propriétaires, proximité de Lourmarin, base idéale pour el Luberon, la mer, Aix-en-Provence, etc. Nous avons passé une période très heureuse au Bastidon du Coco et c'est normal car tout est fait pour votre bien-être. Comme la piscine dont la plage permet aux enfants comme au 3e âge de patauger, jouer, se rafraîchir sans appréhension. Sans oublier la pétanque (un vrai terrain), le ping-pong, les jeux d'enfants, le BBQ, et l'apéro à la piscine au coucher du soleil, et quels couchers de soleil au Coco ! Bref, rien ne manque pour passer un moment formidable et inoubliable, même les lits sont très bons ;-) Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !

Merci à Joëlle et Christophe pour leur accueil très chaleureux et leur attention pour rendre notre séjour parfait. La maison est située sur un site exceptionnel en pleine nature et cependant à proximité du très beau village de Lourmarin, et de plusieurs autres villages très typiques du Lubéron. L'intérieur est meublé avec beaucoup de goût et équipé comme chez soi, rien ne manque. L'aménagement du jardin en étages réserve un recoin pour chaque activité : 2 coins repas, un terrain de jeux de boules, barbecue et la piscine avec ses chaises longues et tonelle pour le bonheur des petits... Et des grands ! Un endroit idéal pour bien se ressourcer et découvrir la douceur et la beauté de la région. Une adresse à essayer et ré-essayer sans hésitation aucune, du BONHEUR ! Aucune critique possible : Joëlle et Christophe vous accueillent chaleureusement. Beaucoup d'espace superbement paysagé, maison extrêmement confortable et joliement décorée. La vue est superbe depuis la piscine. A seulement quelques minutes de Lourmarin et de ses restaurants sympa (Café des Ormeaux, Chez Gaby, La Récré et La Cour de Ferme à 2km), le Bastidon du Coco bénéficie d'un calme absolu et convient aussi bien à une famille qu'à des amis souhaitant passer des vacances communes. C'était notre 2ème séjour et sûrement pas le dernier.

Les vacances se sont très bien déroulées. Gite vraiment au top super équipé et vraiment situé dans un cadre magnifique. Les enfants ont apprécié tout particulièrement la piscine et l'espace. La vue est remarquable.

Je n'habite pas très loin et je devais organiser une fête de Famille, j'ai pensé à réserver des chambres à l'hotel, et puis je me suis mis à chercher des belles demeures, ce serai plus convivial, et En effet, j'ai trouvé une très belle location, à recommander, l'acceuil , la propreté et le détail, son la priorité des propriétaires. Le cadre est merveilleux aucun vis à vis, la piscine surplombe tout les allentours (le Luberon)! Je vous conseille vivement cette belle bastide à tous.
