About this house rental
This holiday home has 4 bedrooms, 1 dining room, an American kitchen, and a small independent living room, all organized on 2 floors. A 35m² patio with its summer kitchen will allow you to fully enjoy your meals under the ban blinds. Organization of the parts described in the equipment section.
The house is located in a peaceful area of Angoulins, 400m from the sea. The small port of Plaisance is 20 minutes' walk away, the sandy beaches of La Platère and Châtelaillon are close and accessible by bicycle via the cycle paths that run along the coast or through the marshes.
Angoulins is a seaside village perfectly located between Chatellaillon (3km) and La Rochelle (7km). Ideal for the practice of sport and leisure on the beach, the rental is located near the kitesurf spot of Aytré beach, the golf course (8km), the thalassotherapy center (4km), the aquatic center of Chatelaillon (swimming pool and water games for children). The numerous cycle paths crisscross the region between La Rochelle, Chatelaillon and Rochefort. La Rochelle and its old port offers a superb giant aquarium, its maritime museum, its 19th century market and its many shops under arcades. The seaside resort of Chatelaillon-plage is easily accessible by bicycle or car. Its superb beach during the day and its casino at night will allow you to spend pleasant moments. Take advantage of a hot day to embark on the island of Aix, an exclusively pedestrian island with bucolic landscapes.

We booked this accommodation for a family of six (kids between 4 months and 10 years) and one additional adult. Since the house has basically three separate rooms with a shower and washing machine + kitchen each, it was very convenient to live there.
Patrice and Maite are very welcoming and helpful in every concern and gave us good tips for further trips.
We would definitely come back! Thank you for the wonderful accommodation!

Die Unterkunft war für unsere Famienstruktur ein Traum: Die älteren Kinder hatten jeweils eine kleine Einliegerwohnung mit eigenem Badezimmer, Toilette und Küche, was ihnen ein Gefühl von Eigenständigkeit und Freiheit gegeben hat. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt perfekt ausgestattet, modern eingerichtet und - gerade bei Hitze - schon kühl. Die Vermieterin war außerordentlich freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Auf der schönen Terrasse haben wir gern gesessen. Es war ganz sicher eine unserer besten Ferienwohnungen, die wir vorbehaltlos empfehlen können!

Très bien en tout point.
Un bémol: l escalier raide qui sépare le rez de jardin du salon et chambres du rez-de-chaussée. Il peut être dangereux pour des jeunes enfants et personnes âgées.
