About this house rental
beautiful house with a surface area of 100 m² in a closed and quiet residence. Two communal pool. Large green spaces. 20 minutes from the beach on foot (5 minutes by car).
Quiet house between Albufeira (lively city), Villamoura (with amazing golf course) and l’Algrave Shopping (with little shop, supermarket and restaurant zone). You are in Algrave’s center, which makes the south of Portugal easy to reach.
If the rental is for 7 days, it must start from Saturday .
Security deposit of €200 per stay is not included. To be given the first day to the person who realize the check-in in cash (returned at the end of the stay if no breakage).
Triplex house for 4 peoples , with full air-conditioned :
Closed garage in the basement with direct access to the ground floor :
- bright living room (bay window) with satellite TV, convertible sofa (140*190), dining room.
- WIFI (prepayed card)
- WC with sink
- Full equiped kitchen : oven, micro-wave, induction cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker …
An outside terrace adjoining the kitchen with garden furniture, barbecue and a green space opened on the co-ownership
Up stares :
- one room with 2 beds 90*200 and a large bay window
- one bathroom with bathtub and bidet
- a master suite with large bay window, king size bed 160*200 adjoining a bathroom with a shower and WC, and a large terrace

Cleared view on an orange grove, a swimming pool very well exposed as well as the small pond for the children, shower and deckchairs.

La propriété est vraiment super, très bel espace de vie, des chambres très belles et lumineuses avec des salles de bains super. Propreté impeccable en arrivant.
Nous avons été vraiment satisfait de la location, et agréablement surpris même !
De plus, la maison est situé dans un lotissement très calme, appaisant et très beau.
La piscine très bien également, suffisante pour le nombre de logement et très calme.
Au niveau de la localisation, cela est parfait pour decrouvrir l’algarve, très bien située entre albufeira et villamoura (10 min chacun) et a 30 min de l’aeroport de faro !
Nous avons vraiment passé un super séjour , et avons adoré la location

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten und mit 2 Bädern und einem weiteren WC ausgestattet. Die Möblierung ist modern und ansprechend gestaltet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die mit allen notwendigen Kochutensilien gut ausgestattete Küche (Induktionskochfeld).
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die nahe Hauptstraße ist zu hören, stört aber nicht sonderlich, da durch eine Orangenplantage vom Anwesen getrennt. Daher einen Stern Abzug.
Wir hatten schöne Tage in Olhos und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.
