Spacious and updated 3br/2ba condo in St. Augustine Beach

This beautiful 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo is just steps from St. Augustine Beach. There is a view of the heated lagoon pool from the open living area, master bedroom, and large balcony. The condo is a 1 level corner unit, on the top floor with elevator access. The condo itself does not have neighbors above it and there are no stairs in the unit. It’s centrally located and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, activities, and a short drive away from downtown St. Augustine.

The space

The Kitchen
The condo has an updated kitchen with a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, solid surface counters and shaker cabinets. It is stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, serveware, drip coffee maker, and keurig. We provide some keurig pods, cream, and sugar to start off your stay.
The bedrooms
There's a master bedroom with king size bed, a second bedroom with a queen size bed, and a 3rd bedroom with 2 full size beds. All the bedrooms have their pillow cases, sheets, and covers refreshed for each stay.
The Bathrooms
There are 2 bathrooms which have been updated with white cabinets, tiled showers and tiled floors. One is in the main hallway and the other is part of the master suite.
The Living area
In the living area we have a comfortable sectional sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV with cable. The WiFi password will be located in the Welcome Guide on the coffee table.
The Dining Area
Adjacent to the living area is the dining area that is separate but still open to the rest of the living space. You can enjoy gathering around the dining table for meals or playing games.
Beach Amenities
For the beach we have beach chairs, an umbrella, large cooler, body boards, sand toys, and a wagon to help walk it over to the beach. These are located in the laundry room. There are 8 beach towels in the linen closet inside the condo.
Laundry Room
The laundry room has a separate entrance just outside the front door. This is where you will find the full size washer and dryer. This is also where we store the beach supplies.
Extras
You’ll find we have stocked the villa with all the other necessities you'd expect such as linens, towels, paper products, hand soap, and hand sanitizer. We also provide some travel size toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.
Ocean Villas Amenities
There are 2 pools located in Ocean Villas Complex. The one closest to the unit is heated October through April. The other pool that is closest to the beach, is a zero entry pool. There is also a BBQ pit, a horseshoe area and outdoor showers located near the beautiful gazebo and deck that leads to a gated walkway to the beach.
Parking
Guests will be given 2 guest passes for parking and an access code to the gated parking area. There are parking spaces right outside the condo building. Cars without a pass may be towed. **Please note, only 2 passes will be given due to there being limited parking in our parking lot.
