The place was good. A little be dated but everything seemed to work. The top floor unit was more renovated than the bottom one.

We loved the location and proximity to beach and historic St Augustine.The owner was very responsive and accommodating.The amenities such as beach equipment, towels and kitchen supplies (knives, potholders, kitchen towel, etc) were beat up and mismatched.Cute place, comfortable but needs to have some attention to worn out bedding and bath accessories
