Chalet located on 600m2 of land at the foot of the downstream head MONTBRISON, very nice view of the SAINT VINCENT PUY village.
the chalet has a total surface of 140m2 spread over 3 levels:
1st level 2 rooms: a large entrance hall and a large laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a freezer.
on the 2nd level 3 rooms: 1 bedroom with a large bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a large kitchen living room; from this space we reach a small meadow on the east side (possibility of barbecue) and on the west side we reach a large terrace)
on the 3rd level 5 rooms: 1WC, a bathroom, two bedrooms each with a double bed and a last room a little smaller equipped with a sofa bed.
In the kitchen: dishwasher, gas stove with oven, microwave oven, kettle teapot coffee maker complete equipment for cooking
in the living room: television, stereo, radio, wifi .....
Outside a small meadow, a kitchen garden and room to park at least 3 cars.

Chalet bien situé et équipé , au calme , accueil sympathique .

Très agréable chalet très bien situé, au calme et proche des principales activités. Tout confort, jeux, dvd pour les enfants, bel extérieur.
