You will be enchanted by this fully renovated and equipped apartment in 2009 which can comfortably accommodate 9 to 10 people.
It is ideally located in Puy Saint Vincent 1400: 20 m from the slopes, 50 m from the ski school, 150 m from a food store.
due to its southern exposure, the apartment is very bright and the view superb.
the duplex apartment includes,
at the first level:
- wc.
- bathroom (shower)
- a large living room (about 30m?) including the kitchen (fully equipped), the dining area and the living room.
at the second level:
- 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (many closets)
- 1 very large bedroom with 5 single beds (4 of which are arranged in bunk beds).
- 1 laundry room (washing machine).
- 1 bathroom (bath) wc.
for your little ones, a travel cot and a high chair are available.

Paysage magnifique, appartement très bien situé en pied de pistes, spacieux et agréable. Orientation balcon au Top.
Village 1400 très calme pour les familles qui recherchent la tranquillité.
