About this chalet rental
Independent chalet located in Allues de Méribel (Le Villard) in a charming and authentic Savoyard village about ten minutes from the slopes (by car). Very calm. On 2 floors with a clear view of the living room over the Valley and the high peaks of the Tarentaise (Grand Bec, Glacier de Bellecôte, Grande Casse). Large living-dining room of about 45 M2 with terrace and fireplace. Fully equipped. American kitchen with oven, hood, microwave, dishwasher. 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8, 2 of which are for children on the mezzanine), 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs. Television and Wifi. Washing machine and dryer. About ten minutes by car from the main ski lifts of Méribel station and 5 minutes by car from the nearest gondola which connects Les Allues to the slopes of Méribel. Municipal parking lot in front of the chalet.

Chalet is spacious with good views over mountains and ample parking. However access is difficult with steep narrow steeps. We were disappointed that there is no Wifi and only one proper bathroom. Also the hot water often runs out even with only 4 in our party as it only heats overnight and cannot be manually controlled . Property would benefit from heated boot warmer and / or drying room as out boots remained wet all week.
