Nobu doesn't simply host guests; he creates memorable experiences. His recommendations, stories, and genuine passion for hospitality made our stay feel deeply personal. It's rare to encounter someone so committed to ensuring every guest leaves with lasting memories. I've stayed in many excellent hotels around the world, but Kishi-ke stands apart because of its soul. The combination of thoughtful design, authentic Japanese hospitality, and Nobu's personal touch creates something increasingly rare in travel today: a place that feels truly unique. My only regret is not staying longer. Kishi-ke wasn't just one of the highlights of my trip to Japan—it was one of the finest hospitality experiences I've had anywhere in the world.

Our stay at Kishi-ke was simply perfect. Being pretty used to 5-star hotels in the West, I can say, this family-run ryokan exceeds lots of them in atmosphere and comfort. Must-visit in Japan.

The whole experience is amazing. The host simply provides the best service even before our arrival and till check out. the design of the villa and it’s view is absolutely stunning. customized vegetarian breakfast is divine! indulge in every detail!

Nobu San and Hitomi San are the most gracious hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They are attentive without being intrusive, and the ryokan was designed with impeccable details and respect to tradition. Breakfast was served with tea pairing against a view of the shimmering ocean. The modernized ryokan experience is unique and memorable.
