Duplex with 4 rooms and 144 m2. From the moment you enter the house you will find a spacious and bright living room where you can share those moments after a long day of leisure with satellite TV, internet / Wifi that will allow you to upload your favorite photos and share them on social networks and invite your friends to know a little more our beautiful island. It also has a telephone for any emergency or to order food at home to restaurants in the area and has board games to enjoy in a meeting.
To this, there is a toilet with hairdryer and hair straightener as well as a small medicine cabinet. The toilet gives way to a large dining kitchen equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: microwave, vitro, electric oven, fridge with large freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker (nespresso), washing machine and clothesline (here the clothes are dries quickly) iron and ironing board.
The kitchen communicates with the solarium where you can relax, which has 4 sun loungers and an artificial grass area ideal as a play area next to which is a small garden table next to the barbecue, the kitchen chairs are very light and You can join the solarium if you feel like an outdoor breakfast. It also has an outdoor shower for those hot days and an ideal hammock for those moments of rest .. Towels and sheets are included as well as towels for the solarium and beach umbrellas.

The neighbors of the area are very calm and friendly. We have available for guests a baby cot, high chair and baby bath as well as tourist information of the area, maps, bus schedules ..... Towels are included as well as the basic toiletries (shampoo, shower soap and toilet paper).
I am at your disposal for any question before or during your stay that makes you remember your vacation in Tenerife in a special way.
A week before your arrival I will send you a message to confirm arrival time and key delivery in which I will be personally to explain the operation of the appliances and give them a brief information about the area and my contact phone number. Arrival at night we have a key collection system that I will explain as soon as I confirm the time.
I remind you that you must bring a photocopy of each of the passports of those over 16 years of age who will be staying at the house and who will hand me the keys.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The Cardones Inn is located in a residential area only surrounded by single-family homes. Strategically located and easily accessible only 3 km from the airport and 4 minutes from the Médano surf area and other water sports, markets, restaurants, bars and beaches such as La Tejita Beach, El Cabezo, La Pelada ..... the neighborhood and a few meters from the house there is a typical Canarian food restaurant with specialty of grilled chicken and a Snack Bar where you can have a drink or eat something lighter. Right on the next street, we have a free entry sports park.
On Sundays in San Isidro and just 5 minutes away there is a fruit and vegetable market of farmers in the area. If, on the contrary, they prefer to drink something in front of the sea, the Médano is the ideal place only 5 minutes away, the sea avenue is full of small bars-restaurants where you can taste the famous "tapas" (small portions of food typical of the area).
