В наших апартаментах было холодно, мало света, ванная комната не уютная, холодная, малолюдный населенный пункт ( на любителя).

Mi è piaciuta la posizione dove si trova la residenza molto silenziosa e facile da raggiungere, locali molto belli puliti e accoglienti che offrono ogni comodità.

The room was spacious. Washing machine. The water pressure in the shower was the best I've ever stayed in many places in the Canary Islands. There was enough hot water. There were many utensils for cooking.

There was a notice saying, "Don't throw toilet paper in the toilet bowl." It can't be helped because it's a little high altitude, but the room was cold after sunset.

Very quiet area. Comfortable beds and sofa. Indications were easy to follow. The air-con machine is a heat pump.

We had to clean the counter and wash cutlery when we arrived as it wasn't up to our standard. We missed more variety of applianes/pots/pans. Some appliances were so old they weren't fit for purpose. We had to figure out how to turn on the hot water. It wasn't difficult but you would expect that it be on or to be told something so basic. Some cupboards had bits and bobs from previous tenants from god knows how long ago. The property lacks natural light. We were treated circumspectly by the lady who received us. Even though they answered our messages, they took a really long time.
