affordable, excellent location right in the heart of Paralia (next to LIDL) and excellent staff ...

there was no dish washing soap and no spongues ...

Great location!

The location of this hotel is perfect, it is right on the main street, steps away from lidl and couple hundred meters from the beach. There are a lot of restaurants just steps away, if you like pizza, i recommend Rud's pizza, which is very close. This hotel is better than others i believe, because it has private parking (behind it, there is a gated yard for parking), it also has an elevator, so no need to carry luggage up the stairs. The bathrooms are a little on the small side, but you don't really go to the beach to spend time sitting in the room or bathroom, so for it's purpose, it does it's job. There is also a small kitchenet, but we never used it except for washing some plates and cutlery. The ower, Manos is really a great guy, he is always available and very friendly. In conclusion, we spent a wonderfull week in Paralia, thanks in part to Manos's.

Owner mentioned that there is a private parking but there was no parking spot for guests so prepare to search for parking when booking this hotel.

The location is perfect, but the facilities inside needed to be changed like beds were not very vomfortable and the bathroom needed some repair.

Good location and sea view, nice and big terrace. Quiet part of the street

Owner didn't speak any language except greek, was hard to understand each other. Also, she wanted us to leave earlier, at 8 a.m. instead of 11 a.m. just to have more time for cleaning before new guests will come. This made us feel not ok.

We were back after 10 years. Now location is full of Serbian. There were not so messy beach and sea previously.

Jó helyen található. Csendes. A 4.szint modern, szép. Pozitív hogy van saját parkolója!

Az üzemeltető a helyszínen jelezte, hogy az adók miatt kp.-ban kéri a szállás díját, ha nem így készülsz a pézfelvét bizony borsos lesz a helyszínen!!!! Szoba takarításkor (3nap múlva) már nem biztosítottak törölközőt, és az általam vásárolt wc papírt is elvitték. (amit adtak az 1 napra volt elég). Minek tea konyha, ha a 3 ágyas szobában- 2 tányér van? Mosogatószer, szivacs nincs....

Kiváló, nagyon jó hely!

A szállás tiszta, csendes. Segítőkész, barátságos a tulajdonos és a személyzet! 3 perc sétával érhető el a központ, sétáló utca és a strand! Csak ajánlani tudom!
