Sicuramente la posizione la pulizia e le dimensioni della camera.
L’acustica. La stanza è da insonorizzare meglio sia dalle finestre che dalla porta. La sera sembrava di essere nel corso sottostante quanto si potevano sentire chiaramente le voci dei passanti e dalle altre stanze e dalla tromba della scala di sentiva tutto. Spero venga accolta come critica costruttiva.
