La Perla Bianca

The location was great. 10-15 walk to town center (Piazza Tasso). 5-8 minute walk to the Train station. The biggest surprise was the fantastic view from the master bedroom window & porch with unobstructed views of Vesuvius, Naples and the islands of Procida & Ischia across the gulf.

The apartment is located on a very busy and loud road running into the center of Sorrento. With the porch door closed it was mostly muted but sitting outside on the porch was loud. Not really a big distraction and something we quickly became accustomed too. The only other minor complaint was the lack of any way to make coffee in the morning. There is a very small moka pot that could make single cups assuming you know how to use it. We stayed in 2 other locations during our trip to Italy, and they both had Nespresso Pod machines for coffee.

Couldn't rate it highly enough, location, comfort, views, facilities, everything was perfect.

Noise from outside, however once the doors were all closed it was fine. The view of vesuvius from bed made up for it!

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We were happy to have a washing machine and outdoor line.

It was a little noisy from the neighbours late at night but didnt bother us too much.

My daughter and i really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely apartment with good sized rooms, and great views from the balconies. Great air conditioning which was definitely needed. Most of the apartment was pretty clean, only slight issue was the bathroom which could have done with a better clean. There was an orange stain in the toilet bowl, but nothing major. The apartment was well situated, so close to the train and bus staion, literally across the road. It was only 10 to 15 mins walk to the town and port. Well worth looking up this place if you want a nice place to stay when staying in sorrento.
