Communication: Two days before our arrival we were added to a WhatsApp chat. We received access instructions, recommendations on a drop-in hairdresser, tour options etc. Response was very quick in fluent English. Our gratitude to Patricia and her team for making our three day visit so memorable. Location: The flat was 4 minutes’ walk from the Naples to Sorrento mainline station, which is also the main bus terminal. Breakfast options, an amazing jazz bar, clifftop restaurants overlooking the sea, Sorrento old town and the ferry to Capri were all within a maximum 15 minutes’ walk. Entry was by pin-code at the main entrance followed by a key safe for the internal door. The flat: We had two bedrooms in our flat, one of them with an ensuite bathroom and an additional bathroom as well as a compact kitchenette. Everything was scrupulously clean. The kitchenette had a hotplate, kettle, plates, cutlery, crockery, wine glasses and two well-stocked complementary minibars. Air-conditioning was excellent, as were the showers. The tiny balcony helped wind down.

We chose Sorento Bay Apartment for exploring Pompeii, absorbing the attractions of Sorrento old town, soaking in the Amalfi coast, attending a open courtyard wedding and finally jetting off to a unforgettable Capri holiday. Patty and her team went out of their way to make our every wish come true.
