Only the value for money but after getting in you will understand why it is not expensive.

First : Not 7.9/10 booking evaluation at all. Second : The host asked and take 50€ cash as a deposite ! This is written nowhere, so at the checkout I was waiting for him, he was late to get back my money if the flat is "well cleaned". We noticed the host 2 hours before arrival nevertheless the flat was cold and heater still OFF. Doubt about the cleanliness. Inconfortable bed, We had an additionnal small bed but it is a " banquette" so not supposed to sleep on. Old and thin blanket. Everything is cheap, no effort done at all for the confort.

The apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, WIFI super fast and host is very friendly and accommodating. Very good value for money, I'll definitely check for availability here when I'm back to Turin.

No repetiría

Tenía todo lo necesario para estar unos días y poder cocinar. El precio estaba por debajo de la media en Turín. Estaba cerca de la línea 4 que conecta con el centro en relativamente poco tiempo.

La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, grifos sin limpiar, polvo en las esquinas, los colchones no tenían funda... El barrio no lo recomiendo para turistas, sentimos bastante inseguridad tanto por el día como por la noche.

Sono scappata dopo letteralmente 5minuti. L'alloggio non è quello che ci si aspetta dalle foto, per non parlare della pulizia, l'odore nauseabondo e il proprietario inquietante. Infine la porta non si riesce nemmeno a chiudere. Non mi ha stupito ci sia la prenotazione non rimborsabile. Soldi facili sulle spalle di noi clienti. Bravi tutti, l'ennesimo appartamento truffaldino di Torino.

Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile.

L’ appartamento, per quanto ristrutturato e gradevole a primo impatto, manca di dettagli piccoli, ma che rendono un soggiorno piacevole: nemmeno uno strofinaccio in cucina, ne’ un tappetino per l’ uscita dalla doccia. Le asciugamani vecchissime, ingrigite e consumate. Di non poca importanza, il letto scomodissimo, con un materasso e un cuscino che ci si “affonda” dentro. Phon che avrà avuto vent’ anni, da cui usciva aria poco più che tiepida. Porta di ingresso con chiusura anni ‘50, che dà veramente poca sicurezza. Per ultimo, la zona non ci è piaciuta per niente, ci ha trasmesso una sensazione di degrado. Totalmente sconsigliato.

Buen departamento en no tan buen barrio

El departamento está súper limpio, es amplio y luminoso, la cocina bastante completa (faltaría una bandeja para el horno solamente). El anfitrión es muy amable y responde inmediatamente cualquier consulta. Hay transporte público a 1 cuadra para ir en 10 minutos la centro y varios lugares para hacer compras en dos cuadras a la redonda.

El barrio no es muy lindo, está sucio y es ruidoso. El agua de la ducha sale tibia y la tuve que agarrar con cinta porque está roto el sostén. La puerta del departamento tiene truco.

Einfache, kleine Unterkunft für geringe Ansprüche in peripheren Lage

Vermieter war sehr nett. Es gab W-LAN obwohl nicht ausgeschrieben.

Die Wohnung roch nach Rauch obwohl als rauchfrei ausgeschrieben. Kopfkissen waren für unser Empfinden zu dick. Generell wirkte die Einrichtung sehr schmudelig. Kein Abstellplatz für Velos

Il letto non è realmente matrimoniale come rappresentato nella foto, ma sono due letti singoli anche privi di piumone, che con il clima che c’era non era proprio il massimo, hanno dato solo una coppia di asciugamani medio/piccoli, che sono risultati comunque sia molto scomodi
