It was very comfortable and cosy, it felt like a home and an amazing location right in the centre of Chagford.

Excellent location on the square in Chagford.
A spacious comfortable sitting room, with full sized dining table, and a large TV with good internet connection.
On arrival, there was an unpleasant smell in the corridor / bedroom / bathroom areas. Unsure whether this was because the flat was unaired, or a remnant dog smell. These areas had inadequate heating, probably the radiators needed bleeding, but they gave off no heat.
The bathroom is in need of refurbishment, but there was plenty of hot water for bath or shower.
There is no control over the heating and the sitting room had the only effective radiator. I was glad to have had mild weather during my stay.
The refrigerator was not clean on my arrival. It had no icebox.
There is no dedicated parking. It's a matter of luck finding a parking space to unload.
