About this bed and breakfast
Located in Saint Gély du Fesc in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes north of Montpellier:
- between beaches of Palavas the Flots / La Grande Motte (25 mn)
and gorges of the Hérault / St Guilhem of the Desert / Pic St Loup (20 mn)
for swimming, canoeing, hiking and mountain biking, wine tourism, discovering remarkable sites (Pont du Gard, Aigues Mortes ..) ...
Close to all amenities:
- walking bakery, supermarkets, biocoop, pharmacies, outdoor market, golf, football stadium, skate park, tennis and riding stables 5 mm .. and hypermarket less than 10 minutes.
- Montpellier 10 minutes to visit old town, museum, zoo, Planet Ocean and enjoy the terraces for a cocktail or a dinner !!
Duplex apartment overlooking the garden with terrace where you can have your breakfast at the sound of birds :
- living room with large sofa, kitchen with fridge-freezer, combined microwave oven, induction hob, hood, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils, table and 4 chairs
- bathroom with Italian shower, basin and toilet
- sleeping area with bunk bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe
- very comfortable queen size bed with spring mattress
Residential area, very quiet!
WIFI, linen for bed and toilet are provided free of charge, utensils of necessity, parking place.
All guests must be registered upon booking, otherwise a demand should be sent priorily to owner for approval, maximum capacity is limited to 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults

Super séjour dans une location idéalement placée pour découvrir cette belle région, tout en profitant de la mer qui n'est pas si loin. Location dans laquelle il ne manque rien avec un Pierre très accueillant, bienveillant et rempli de bonnes attentions pour ses hôtes (encore merci pour les excellentes tomates). Location à recommander sans hésitation, située dans un endroit calme et proche de tous commerces. Nous souhaitons de la réussite à Pierre dans cette belle aventure. Sébastien et Stéphanie du 49

M.et Mme Piat très accueillant et très accommodants sur les conditions de départ et d'arrivée.
Logement plutôt bien adapté à nos besoins.
Facilités proches pour les besoins d'usage
15 mn de Montpellier et 25 mn de la plage la plus proche.
Endroit très calme
Seul le bruit de la nature fait entendre malgré le positionnement résidentiel.

Très bel appartement, tout neuf et moderne, très propre au niveau hygiène, bien équipé, pratique et fonctionnel, très calme avec une terrasse très agréable et très bien situé dans un impasse près d’une très bonne boulangerie. La disposition des chambres est vraiment bien résolue. Très bien accueilli par le propriétaire qui est arrangeant et disponible, accueil très chaleureux. Conforme aux photos de l'annonce. Equipement complet et neuf.
Nous recommandons cet appartement.
