The manager was very obliging and helpful and went out of his way to assist. The room was ok.
The place is in a suburban location so you must walk and catch the tram a little way to get there. However once you find your way around it’s not too far from restaurants.

Nothing - all good. Pierre was very charming and helpful. Kitchen area great if you don’t want to eat out. Roof terrace very relaxing if you want a rest day.

The property was very quiet and was situated in a very comfortable environment. We loved sitting out on the veranda each morning for the delicious breakfast. Pierre was the perfect host. Everything was well thought out including the yummy pastries and fruit combinations in the fruit salads each morning. He was so kind to make us omelettes each morning that were absolutely delicious. He seemed genuinely happy and interested in providing us with a lot of helpful information during our stay. We highly recommend staying at Les 4 Etoiles.

Everything was amazing! Pierre is a wonderful host who is very knowledgeable about the area and easy to talk to. The room is comfortable and upscale. The daily breakfast was super convenient and well prepared. The location is close to the tram as well as walking distance to downtown. Would definitely stay here again !
