Deepak Hotel & Restaurant

The location inside the Fort is excellent. We stayed in two different rooms, both of which are large and very comfortable. The first one, also had a balcony which has an incredible of the city below. They also have a great breakfast on the roof with a view. The staff is friendly and helpful and can book local tours for you. The shower is large and has plenty of hot water.

They have a nice resturant on the roof top with more views. They also stored our luggage while we took an overnight trip to the desert. They also arranged a pick up from the airport for a reasonable price. The hotel is also able to book tours.

In side the fort

We had a very pleasant stay at Deepak rest house, an institution in Jaisalmer. The owner and the staff are all nice and helpful. Large and authentic rooms, exceptional view on city and desert. We have also done camel safari with them, it was a great experience. Camel ride and food cooked on the spot were excellent and night under the stars a wonderful experience. Such a quiet break in our trip around India, very appreciated and beneficial!
