About this house rental
Charming new house of 60m² for 4 people. Located in the residence "L'Orée des Dunes" 300m from the sea and the Huts beach.
Quiet, it also allows you to have easy access to the shops of Saint Denis d'Oleron located 2.5 km away, on foot or by bike (cycle path leaving the residence). Market open every day in summer.
House with floor comprising living room, American kitchen and toilet on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 of 160), bathroom and toilet on the floor. Storage cupboards on the ground floor and upstairs.
Living room opening onto a large landscaped terrace. Garage for storing bikes and personal effects. Private parking space in front of the house.
The house offers you all the equipment allowing you to fully enjoy your holidays: fully equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave), TV, DVD and HI-FI system, washing machine, iron and ironing board, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue, bicycles.
Pets not allowed. Non smokers. Sheets and household linen not provided.
Ideally located, the house allows you to explore the north of the island of Oléron on foot by the sea or by bike: Chassiron lighthouse at 4.8 km.
Fort Boyard and the Isle of Aix are accessible by boat (daily crossings in summer) and by cycle paths you can explore the rest of the island, sea and marsh.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour , conforme à la description, tout le nécessaire dans la maison, près des pistes cyclables et de la mer comme souhaité. Je recommande .

Agréable séjour fait de belles découvertes. Logement très confortable, conforme à la description, bien situé non loin de la plage. La propriétaire est à l'écoute de ses locataires. Encore merci. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
