About this apartment rental
This modern, comfortable and contemporary apartment located on the ground floor of a Provencal villa, offers you a stay of relaxation and well-being.
The heated and private pool for the villa. The heating period for the pool is from June 1st to September 20th.
Your parked car will be safe in the fully enclosed property. You can, if you wish, do everything on foot without constraint of circulation. The beaches and restaurants are 400 meters away and the city center 500 meters away with the markets Tuesdays and Fridays will fill you. There are also 2 mini-markets. With the car, a hypermarket is 5 km away.
The apartment consists of a very large modern kitchen, a bar with stools, a living room with two sofas, a desk and a large flat screen 165 cm, all overlooking a loggia. A toilet in the entrance with cupboard.
There are two very nice rooms: one with 1 bed of 140 which gives on the terrace with French window and the other with 2 beds of 90.
Each room has its bathroom with walk-in shower and its separate toilet.
And ... a superb heated pool (from June 1 to September 20) awaits you for beautiful swimming!

Emplacement à 5 min à pied de la plage avec restaurants. Piscine et jardin magnifiques avec cuisine extérieure toute équipée ! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut sur place. Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible.
