Very nice single storey house of 85 M2 approx located 2 steps from the sea and beach at Pendruc with sea view through the pines - Pleasant garden of 2000M2 with Terrace table, chairs, bbq - parking for cars - Village of Trégunc to 4 Kms approx, Concarneau and its animation at 8 Kms approx.
Kitchen (new tapestry): 4 gas burners - microwave - electric oven - fridge with freezer - table and bench - storage - washing machine - Living room (repainted in plain color in December 2016): new sofas (2018) - coffee table - TV - table and chairs - wooden furniture - 2 French windows on terrace - travertine floor - separate WC - Bathroom: bath - sink - storage - tiling - Bedroom (new floor and walls): 1 bed 1M40 - storage - window on Bedroom terrace (new paint 2018): 1 bed 1M40 - single bed - linoleum floor

Emplacement parfait, proximité immédiate de la plage, belles balades le long de la côte. Concernant la maison, nous avons apprécié le grand jardin et la grande terrasse permettant de trouver de l’ombre à tout moment de la journée. La literie est excellente et le silence y est parfait la nuit, on y dort très bien. Comme indiqué dans les avis précédents, la décoration est disparate d’une pièce à l’autre mais en vacances ce n’est pas forcément primordial. Il y a de fortes chances qu’on revienne !

Une belle location les pieds dans l'eau. On sort de la maison et de son grand terrain, on traverse une petite route peu passagère, et on se retrouve, face à nous et sur la droite, un beau terrain de jeu à marée basse avec un champ de rocher où crapahuter (es enfants et adultes adorent), et sur la gauche, la plage pour s'y détendre et baigner. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. La location est fidèle aux photos, la cuisine et la salle de bain sont un peu vieillot, le reste est bien. Nous pourrions y revenir sans soucis. Si vous souhaitez faire un télétravail, oubliez, pas (encore) d'internet dans la maison et zone blanche pour données mobile. Une semaine de déconnexion. Mais on y survie :o)

agréable maison à 2 pas de la mer, pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller se baigner, grand terrain, ayant un chien sourd, le seule petit souci pour nous, c'est que le terrain ne soit pas complètement clos, je le savais lorsque j'ai réservé, ma deuxième chienne, elle n'a pas bouger, tout le monde a passé un excellent séjour, les personnes de l'agence sont très agréable, vous avez un souci, vous les appelé, ils arrivent dans l'heure qui suive, je pense que les prochaines vacances revenir dans cette propriété. Wir (Ehepaar mittleren Alters) haben die beiden letzten Septemberwochen hier verbracht. Die Lage ist einmalig, die Fotos versprechen nicht zuviel. Vom Garten sieht und hört man das Meer (ca. 50 Meter entfernt). Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, dazu gehört ein riesiger Garten, in dem sich unseren beiden Hunde sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Wichtige Info für Hundebesitzer: an der Küste entlang kann man wunderbar spazieren gehen, allerdings dürfen die Hunde dort nur an der Leine laufen (und in der Hauptsaison bis August gar nicht) und an den nahegelegenen Strand dürfen sie überhaupt nicht. Die Hauseinrichtung ist nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, bis auf das Hauptschlafzimmer, ist das Mobiliar veraltet, aber alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Toilette ist nicht mit im Badezimmer sondern befindet sich einem winzigen Kabüffchen ohne Fenster oder Belüftung. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur war super, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, die auch schnell und freundlich reagiert haben, wenn es Fragen oder Problemchen gab. Fazit: Wer einen enspannten Urlaub in toller Umgebung verbringen möchte, wer die Ruhe und die Nähe des Meeres liebt, dabei aber nicht den allergrößten Wert auf Luxus und Bequemlichkeit im Haus legt, ist hier genau richtig. Wenn das Wetter mitspielt kann man den ganzen Tag auf der Terasse sitzen, die Aussicht genießen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter hat man zumindest auch vom Wohn-/Eßzimmer den tollen Ausblick aufs Meer. Wir kommen sicher irgendwann wieder!

Das Haus liegt in absolut ruhiger Lage auf einem sehr großen Grundstück mit nur durch ein paar lichten Baumreihen getrübten Blick aufs Meer. Der wenig frequentierte Strand ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Das Haus ist geräumig, wenn auch die Ausstattung schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. Aber es ist alles da und zwar in genügendem Umfang. Die Abwicklung über die Agentur klappte perfekt. Nach Reklamation, dass kein warmes Wasser mehr da war, kam der Handwerker innerhalb einer Stunde. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
