About this house rental

Modern house built in 2007, sea view, 200 m beach LA BALEINE (bathing). Cleaning included in price. The heating surcharge for consumption. Sheets, towels provided. Adult bicycles available (deposit). WIFI Internet. HOUSE FOR 8 ADULTS + 2 young children (Bunk bed).
House accepting dogs (clean garden on departure). House closed from early June 2017 with gate
The house is between NEVEZ and PONT AVEN, possibility of bike rides, on foot.

We came back as we loved the house and as importantly Trevignon, a jewel of the west coast but keep it to yourselves. The village could do with its own shop / boulangerie so be warned it's a trek back to Tregunc for any essentials and the obligatory daily bread! The garden is 95% secure for dogs but watch out for the joins at the corners!

A superb, modern house with everything you could want - The veranda provides a fantastic view out to the sea and surrounding area. Effectively, the property is in Trevignon which has fantastic small beaches and some great restaurants, run by friendly and efficient staff - It could do with a shop and even a small boulangerie as whilst the drive into Tregunc for bread was worth it, it was a bit of a chore! The garden was completely secure for the dogs who loved the freedom. Inside the rooms were all good sizes with an extensive living area and good kitchen facilities - Whilst not essential nowadays with Wi-Fi etc, the lack of English-speaking TV channels made it difficult to keep up with what was happening at home (during the week we lost the Queen). Most holiday rentals now have a selection of UK channels via smart TV / Internet. Overall, a fantastic house in a gorgeous location - Just what was needed!

We loved staying at this house , it is very clean and has everything you need to feel comfortable & at home .Quiet location within 2 minutes walk to amazing beaches ,Great WIFI & Phone signal . Very impressed that the local tide tables were provided We will certainly be back

Perfectly placed for the beach and local bar/bistros. A very well equipped gite with lots of seating both indoors and out. Thoroughly enjoyable holiday had by all. (An excellent fish stew at La Pass Port)

Very comfortable house

The property was spotless and lived up to the description exactly as we had expected. In fact, the photos don't do the property justice. There is now a new sofa and a new large frig. The owner met us as arranged and she was very good at showing us around the property. Unlike some other French properties, she was very generous about how many towels we wanted to use (there were plenty) and she even left us a change of sheets, if we wanted to. She obviously thought about what guests may want. There was kleenex in the bathrooms, napkins in the kitchen, all very much appreciated. The beds were very comfortable and the area is absolutely quiet and a wonderful place to relax. The location was excellent - with the local beach close by. It is only a short walk to a restaurant, bar and creperie. The local beach was wide, long with beautiful sand. Trevignon has a pleasant harbour where one can buy that day's catch (oysters, crabs, etc.) from the local fishermen. We would highly recommend this property.

Très belle maison, parfaitement équipée pour une dizaine de personnes et très bien situé. Plage accessible à pied et vue sur mer depuis la maison. Propriétaires très accueillant et arrangeant. Idéal pour passer de belles vacances en famille au bord de la mer.

Wir waren ab der ersten Minute total begeistert. Schon der CheckInn war absolut Top. Vielen Dank nochmal für den Cidre und die Backwaren. Das Haus entspricht in allen Dingen der Beschreibung, aber wenn man im Garten steht und alles selber sieht, ist es noch schöner als gedacht. Das Grundstück ist schön groß, so hatte der Hund viel Spaß alles zu erkunden. Durch den Zaun wurde er gehindert mit den Katzen oder dem Kaninchen der Nachbarn Kontakt aufzunehmen. Die Lage ist super ruhig. Die Bäckerei ist mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen. Apropo Fahrrad …… Dieses Ferienhaus ist so komplett ausgestattet als wäre der Besitzer gerade nur für unseren Aufenthalt ausgezogen und kommt dann wieder !!! Ich habe schon etliche Ferienhäuser bewohnt in den letzten 20 Jahren, aber so kpl. war bis jetzt noch keines ausgestattet. Am Hafen gibt es vier kleine Bars bzw Restaurant. Hier lohnt sich allerdings eine Reservierung. Das Essen ist wirklich gut. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken. Wir haben einige Ausflüge gemacht. Eine Empfehlung ist die Steilküste bei Pointe de Raz. Wer nicht so weit fahren möchte kann einfach am Strand spazieren gehen. Durch die Gezeiten sieht es hier immer wieder etwas anders aus. Fazit: Eine tolle Gastgeberin, ein tolles Haus, eine tolle Landschaft und sehr nette Nachbarn und Bewohner. Wenn wir es hinbekommen, kommen wir auf alle Fälle nächstes Jahr wieder !!!!!! P.S.
