We arrived on a super hot weekend in Paris the host of The apartment had kindly installed an air-conditioning unit and made the room super comfortable for us. The shower was brilliant and the bed was very comfortable two things that I am fairly picky about. The location is absolutely superb about a one minute walk away from all the vibrant restaurants and bars yet it is tucked away so there was no noise at night and we got a peaceful night sleep. The host was additionally very transparent and good with communication. If we ever returned to Paris, which I’m sure we will in the next couple of years, we will definitely stay here again.

The only thing I would say is the apartment is situated on the fourth floor of a building. We had two big suitcases weighing about 30 kg each so if you are carrying heavy luggage bear in mind there is no elevator.

Location was great and convenient, and Julien was responsive, communicative and very helpful with everything.

Good location in Paris fairly affordable aswell for a Paris apartment. Good restaurants and accessibility to metros etc

It’s an absolute trek up about 500m of hill no matter what way you go to get to the apartment then it’s on the top floor 4 flights of stairs with no elevator so if bringing big suitcases it’s quite the workout. it’s also tiny hence the name cozy I suppose but was almost hitting my head on the roof just walking through

Loved the location in the Latin quarter. Such a lively and vibrant area. Easy enough to walk to attractions.

Needing some attention. In a bit of disrepair and could do with a decent clean. We found that some items were broken or don’t function (broken key box and no Netflix) 4 flights of stairs is not great for anyone carrying heavy luggage or for anyone older or with disabilities. There is a bar downstairs and noise from the street is quite frequent and loud with the windows open. This didn’t bother us too much, but if you are a light sleeper it might. Communication between management and guests needs to be improved. We asked several times for early check-in and this was never acknowledged or answered, yet when a request was coming from management (payment, check-out time etc) communication came promptly and with a reminder attached each time that if we didn’t follow instructions we would lose the 350 euro deposit that we were required to put up in case of damages (and this was asked for a few days prior to our arrival) The last minute email request for city tax to be left in cash on the table was also inconvenient. This could be improved by incorporating into the booking price.
