Masseria Castelluzzo

We had a wonderful stay at Masseria Casteluzzo. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and a perfect place to experience the charm of Puglia. What really made our stay special was the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making us feel at home. A special thank you to Miss Angela, who was especially kind and thoughtful. Before our long drive to Rome, she surprised us with some delicious fresh focaccia to take on the trip—a gesture of hospitality that we truly appreciated and will always remember. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. Every morning, the food was fresh, plentiful, and absolutely delicious, with high-quality local products that made it something to look forward to each day. We highly recommend Masseria Casteluzzo to anyone looking for authentic hospitality, outstanding service, and a relaxing stay in Puglia. We would be delighted to return in the future.

We did have one unexpected issue when the air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night during the European heat wave. While that was certainly uncomfortable, what impressed us most was how the staff handled the situation. They promptly provided us with a fan to help us through the night, and the technician arrived the very next day to repair the unit. Their quick response and genuine concern for our comfort were outstanding and turned a potentially negative experience into another example of their excellent customer service.

Outstanding location, very friendly staff, great breakfast. Family with 4 year old. My daughter were allowed to go early in the morning to feed the chickens and to check for fresh eggs at the farm. We enjoyed it that much that we extended our stay for 3 nights.
