The open floor plan allows easy conversation from the updated kitchen to the living room area, complete with a pool table and convenient access to outdoor seating and entertainment.
Open the large sliding door to the resort style backyard. Enjoy the outdoor lanai over looking the pool which is perfect for people watching as guests zoom down the waterslide. Challenge your friends and family to a pickleball match or game of pickup basketball on the sport court.

This is not a house for parties or events. This is a quiet neighborhood, and the house rules must be followed.
Upon booking, we require all our guests to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure. Unable to comply would mean cancellation of your reservation.
Management will carefully evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, or those made at the last minute. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. This deposit will be promptly refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.

Per city ordinance we have systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

Beautiful home, perfect for our group of 10. The host answered questions quickly and was very helpful! The pool is amazing and our group especially loved the theater area.

We had a very positive experience. Loved the pool, theatre room and played pickleball. The house was big enough that our family had space to be alone or spend time together.My only concern I wish someone would have checked us in to show us around the house and answer questions.

The host was very receptive and quick to respond to the issues we had. They also refunded us money for the day the pool heater didn't work. The home is lovely, great movie room, wonderful outside. Needs some repairs, shared with the owner hoping they fix, would stay there again if they fixed the items.
