About this house rental
Vacation in style at our beautifully updated and maintained home walking distance to Main St. Hyannis. The house has been outfitted and furnished with comfort and convenience in mind. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can easily prepare meals at home. The house comfortably sleeps 4 adults or up to 8 people (six adults and two children is possible) in 3 bedrooms. The first floor bedroom has a set of bunk beds that the kids will love. Upstairs are two very large bedrooms with a Queen bed in the master and two double/full size beds in the other. Both have ample closet space. The master has a television. There are 2 full bathrooms one on each floor, each with a tub/shower combo. We have a wonderful outdoor shower that makes it a pleasure to clean off after a day at the beach! Toilet paper and soap provided.
The house is equipped with broadband wifi, two televisions and Xfinity cable. Central air conditioning ensures that you are cool on even the hottest of summer days. There's a gas grill outside and a washer/dryer in the basement for your convenience. We have beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach toys in the shed for your use.
Our spacious, private yard is a pleasure for hanging out barbecuing, tossing the frisbee around, playing soccer, cornhole or wiffle ball. It is flat, fenced on three sides, grassy and on a quiet, dead-end street. We have a lovely built in stone patio, complete with outdoor dining set, chairs and umbrella. Additionally, you may enjoy sitting under the pergola or using the fire pit.
Once you venture into town, you'll find that in a few short minutes you can be sitting on the beach, shopping on Main Street, eating fresh seafood at the waterfront, hopping on a ferry to Nantucket or shopping at the Hyannis Mall. Just a couple streets away you can go for homemade ice cream, play mini-golf or catch a concert at the Cape Cod Melody Tent. On a rainy day the kids might enjoy seeing the Cape Cod Potato Chip factory or going bowling and the adults may enjoy a tour of the Cape Cod Brewery. ** Drive out of town and there are literally dozens of gorgeous beaches, nature walks and ponds to explore. For a day trip we suggest heading out to the tip of the Cape to Provincetown and experiencing a whale watch and the Cape Cod National Seashore. Bring or rent bikes and enjoy the scenic Cape Cod rail trial while getting some exercise.
The house is walking distance to Main Street shops and restaurants and less than two miles to Keyes Beach, Veterans Park Beach and Kalmus Beach in Hyannis.
Numerous grocery stores (including Trader Joe's and Whole Foods), seafood markets breakfast diners and other restaurants make it easy to dine in or eat out.
We are aiming for Sunday to Sunday rentals in summer and are flexible on check in and check out during the off season. This is a fantastic location for enjoying one of the many public golf courses located in Hyannis and surrounding towns in the fall!

We had a great stay. Check in was fine. Kitchen was great, except could use some larger bowls for serving salads and vegetables and teaspoons for cereal. of course we made do!We loved staying at your home and totally enjoyed everything in the yard, including the grape arborThank you.

Everything was as pictured and described in the listing. House was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable; air conditioning worked fine; lots of beach chairs, yard toys etc. They even had dog bowls for our pup. Location was peaceful yet convenient to Main St and not far from beach. We would return in the future.

My family and I stayed at Lindsey and Bruce’s home a couple weeks ago. This is our second year in a row staying here. They are great hosts and were always super responsive. They have thought of everything you could need if you have a pet (bowls, baggies), and have lots of yard games and beach accessories if needed. The house is in a great location that is close to beaches and the downtown area. I would recommend staying here.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home. There were 6 adults, 2 children and our 7 year old Havanese and the accommodations were excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were a decent size and very clean. The owner's provided toiletries which is very helpful especially when you forget to pack a few items.We were very impressed with the detailed information about beaches nearby as well as things to do in the area on a sunny day as well as a rainy day. From the information provided, we knew which beaches to visit and what to expect. The house is located just a 10 minute drive to the famous Main Street in Hyannis and a very short drive to the Cape Cod Mall. For the days we decided to stay in and order out, there was a bin with a large stack of menus and board games to play.We enjoyed swinging on the hammock, making s'mores outside on the fire pit and eating dinners outside on the patio set. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The exterior of the house was taken care of. The kitchen was stocked with modern appliances.The owners put a great deal of thought when making this home a home away from home for renters.I would recommend this property and would choose it again when vacationing in Hyannis.
