Enjoy your holiday on the beach of the Baltic Sea resort Wustrow. Take advantage of this unique opportunity in a beautiful beach house, which was created with love, to spend your vacation.
The house with about 130sqm living space is on a 750sqm plot. The small garden is oriented to the south and romantically fenced with native plantings. Also on the large bamboo wood terrace you can enjoy a lot of rest from everyday life. The ground floor has a spacious living area with woodburning stove and an inviting dining area overlooking the garden. As a special feature, the modern bathroom with tub and shower directly adjoins the lower bedroom. Please note that the bedroom and bathroom are not separated by a door. Another toilet with washer and dryer is also located on the lower floor.
On the upper floor you will find another bedroom with gallery character. At night you can hear even the sea rushing.
Access to the beach is via the back of the property and can be reached in a few steps.
