Located just about 50 meters from the beach, this beautiful duplex apartment is part of the Dünenhof complex. The three levels of the house are connected by an open staircase. A quiet retreat is located on the middle floor. Here you’ll find a private bedroom with a double bed and TV, as well as space for a crib. There’s also a small southeast-facing balcony. The middle level also features a small sitting area with a cozy sofa set that can be converted into an additional sleeping space for impromptu guests.
On the upper floor, a TV area with a sofa and armchair, a dining set, and a double bed (140 cm wide) combine to form a living room and bedroom. This floor also features access to the furnished northeast-facing balcony and the cozy sauna.
There is a shower room on each floor; the one on the first floor includes a washing machine. All bedrooms are equipped with fly screens.
